Courtroom Fashion – Shop 5 Worthy Courtroom Styles

Order in the court! From red carpet fashion to courtroom fashion, today designers are getting extensive notability and exposure for not just whom they dress for an award show.  From the walk down the red carpet to the walk of shame, up the steps and into the courtroom, people are not only judging you for what’s on trial, but the world will be judging you on what you’ll be wearing. Here I give you my top five court couture looks that had people talking and purchasing.  “All rise! Court is now in session”.

The little black dress is perfect for any occasion, even if it’s for a hot date with the judge. Accessorized with a pair of great oversized black out sunglasses, Naomi Campbell was serving sophisticated chicness in her black on black court debut attire. This classic look is guilty for never going out of style.

Girls clutch your pearls! Rihanna may be a “Good Girl Gone Bad” but there is nothing bad about her courtroom appearance. Ri-Ri kept her look classic, calm, and sophisticated. Keeping with the classic black dress, Rihanna accessorized with a great pearl necklace. A classic jeweled statement piece is always good to invest in, ex-boyfriends…. not so much.

It may be inappropriate to wear white while attending a wedding, but when it comes to the courtroom, Lindsey Lohan’s white Kimberly Ovitz mini dress was one to steal the spotlight.  Thanks to lovely social media, Lindsey’s look went viral. The Kimberly Ovitz dress sold out within hours of its courtroom debut.  I wonder if the dress was borrowed? Hopefully it was paid for in full.

From proposals to prenuptial agreements, marriage is a wonderful thing, unless your love migrates south. Luckily Christie Brinkley looked stunning when she appeared in divorce court in her classic, sophisticated ensemble. This white colored shirt tucked into a beige skirt looked proper and elegant. Even though divorce can get ugly and messy, there wasn’t anything messy about this look.

Taking comfort to street chic, with her weave intact, Amanda Bynes appeared in court giving the word “suit” a whole new meaning. No, I am not talking about a business suit, but a sweat suit. Amanda sported a Ladosha black sweatshirt, paired with sweatpants and some high-top tennis shoes. Taking comfort from the bedroom and into the courtroom, she is one to arrive comfortably in style. Ladosha sweatshirts are currently sold at VFILES Shop, while supplies last.

From a simple black dress, to a good statement piece, wardrobes in the courtroom seem to be getting as much attention as gowns on the red carpet. With what is put out in the media today, people like a good dramatic scandal, throw great fashion into the mix, people will talk, purchase, and wear! I feel as if there should be a red carpet that flows right on up and into the courtroom. We all know the main issue on trial here is your outfit selection. These ladies are guilty on the count of looking great and pulling off their looks in confidence!
