The glamorous event held at the Claridge’s Hotel in London yesterday evening, brought together an incredible number of beautiful ladies from both the movie, and the fashion industry, impressing in the most beautiful red carpet attires. We could not pass on the opportunity to round-up the most exquisite appearances of the night and talk beauty and styling for the occasion. Luckily for us, there was plenty to choose from, as the stars exceeded themselves in order to showcase the best gowns on the red carpet. Marion Cotillard was the epiphany of grace and elegance at the 2012 Harper’s Bazaar Women of the Year Awards last night. The French actress chose a Christian Dior Spring 2013 navy strapless gown for the special occasion. Marion, who also won the “International Actor of The Year Award” during the event, styled her tulle dress with a pair of grey Dior pumps and a soft up-do.
Daisy Lowe looked flawless channeling the 1930s fashion at the 2012 Harper’s Bazaar Women of the Year Awards in a gorgeous Elie Saab champagne gown. Her floor-length dress featuring a high neckline and delicate embellishments, was accessorized with a Perspex Charlotte Olympia box clutch. The English supermodel finished the look with bold dark lips and a messy bun.
Rosamund Pike stepped out for the 2012 Harper’s Bazaar Women of the Year Awards wearing a feminine one-shoulder gown colored in scarlet. The English actress teamed her elegant pick for the night with sparkling Tiffany & Co. jewellery. Loose waves and a natural make-up complemented her dashing appearance.
Emily Blunt looked statuesque and flawless at the 2012 Harper’s Bazaar Women of the Year Awards. The lovely actress flaunted her perfect figure in a bright orange Alexander McQueen Resort 2013 number. Her floor-length halter dress featured a multicolored embellished neckline that replaced the jewelry for the look. A black satin Alexander McQueen clutch and natural make-up provided the finishing touches, together with a super chic sleek up do.
Gillian Anderson also opted to wear a delicate nude look for the 2012 Harper’s Bazaar Women of the Year Awards. The actress sported a Nicholas Oakwell Fall 2012 Couture number, featuring a plunging neckline and a long train. The exquisite silver beading was accented by precious Tiffany & Co. drop earring and a metallic clutch. Flawless make-up and a bouffant up-do finished the elegant look.
Emeli Sande took home the “Musician of the Year” award during the 2012 Harper’s Bazaar Women of the Year ceremony. For the occasion, the singer sported a colorful Preen Fall 2012 number.
