The Academy Of Motion Picture Arts And Sciences’ 4th Annual Governors Awards was held on December 1, 2012 in Hollywood and the event was attended by the filmmakers, actors and other members of the fraternity. The stars truly glittered on the Red Carpet with all their glitz and glamour on this one night to grace the event.
Among the many big names of the fraternity, present at the event was Kristen Stewart who stole everyone’s thunder with her look. The 22 year old actress who claims to be a tomboy certainly didn’t seem like one, dressed in an alluring outfit for the event.
Kristen Stewart donned a black mermaid styled dress, high neck and high waisted. The torso had a patterned shimmering bodice with sheer white lace underneath it and the dress sure was a wonderful choice. Kristen graced her feet with black pointed toe Christian Louboutin pumps and she wore a nude makeup look with just out of bed hair.
No matter how beautiful her choice for this event was, the golden sheer eye popping dress that she wore to the premier of Breaking Dawn 2 will always remain unforgettable.
Although boyfriend Robert Patterson was nowhere to be seen beside Kristen Stewart, she seemed to be enjoying her night out alone mingling with other celebrity guests, especially Amy Adams and Virginia Madsen, who made a stunning appearance on the Red Carpet.
While Amy Adams wore a golden bronze backless gown, Virginia Madsen looked sizzling in emerald green with a uniquely cut out dress that flaunted her body.
Later that evening, Kristen Stewart found company with Senator Alan Stuart Franken as she dined beside him.
Leslie Mann attended the event and was all smiles (as always) dressed in black. Although she could have gone with a better choice of outfit, this black one did seem like quite an edgy yet elegant piece.
Helen Hunt is always all about charm and she looked effortlessly elegant at the Annual Governors Awards dressed in a nude sparkling flowing sleeveless gown.
Nia Vardalos made up for her absence on the Red Carpet elegantly dressed in black. What we loved the most about Nia’s ensemble is the white clutch nestled firmly in her left hand.
It was actress Kelly Reilly who was second in line (after Kristen Stewart) to steal our hearts away with her black and maroon evening gown. It worked pretty well in enhancing Kelly’s charm.
Among all the men in Hollywood, the leading celebrities who graced the event by their sheer charm and presence were Tom Hanks, Will Smith, Bradley Cooper, Ewan McGregor, Richard Gere and Jeffery Katzenberg.
Famous Hollywood director Quentin Tarantino seemed to be having a ball waving out peace signs to the photographers and paparazzi shouting out his name.
The fashion showcased by each celebrity at the event was truly mesmerizing. The Academy of Motion Picture Arts And Sciences’ 4th Annual Governors Awards was certainly a star studded evening with a high fashion quotient.
